Medical Care

There are premises for medical care of patients within the q.beyond arena. Doctors and paramedics are available every day during the competitions and the ceremonies. The equipment of the medical staff is in accordance with the EVF handbook of regulations. The next hospital Hamburg-Altona can be reached in less than 8 minutes.

Covid19 Regulations

Covid-19 regulations of the City of Hamburg have to be followed during the whole event.

Most of the Corona restrictions are expired from May 1st, 2022. For the participation in our championships that means (if there is no change in the meantime):

  • Proof of vaccination or recovery is not required.
  • Wearing of a FFP2-mask is not required except in public transportation (e. g. airport, trains, train stations, busses).
  • Individuals who are showing Corona symptoms have to present an up-to-date negative Corona rapid – test at the entrance of the arena.
  • Individuals who are positive proofed by PCR-test have to isolate themselves for 5 days.

Some facilities open to public may have higher requirements by ordination of the city or by policy of their owners (e. g. hospitals, nursing homes, hair-dressers, dancing clubs)
